Business loans, personal loans, and the modern tragedy

business_creditmagic.JPGTragedy in contemporary, modernized life has evolved from a fall from grace because of hubris to a fall from grace because of lost credibility in business. Business owners, in their pursuit of profit and big rewards, launch into the field of entrepreneurship, but end up facing obstacles that they didn’t quite prepare for.

They encounter unexpected expenses and so chase after Business Loans to keep their heads above the water. But then, because they failed to separate their Business Credit from personal credit, the clutter of Personal Loans prohibits them from obtaining unsecured financing. Because they cannot have unsecured financing, in order to be approved for loaning, they suffer a long process of document-submission and waiting for a deal that would yet still demand personal guarantees from them. With no space for compromise and no power to negotiate for longer payment terms, their businesses would be thrown off-balance at the slightest lurch. Personal and business debts will spill into one another until the businessmen find out too late that they have maxed-out their accounts, are long overdue, and have thus lost all credibility to chase after another loan. Without cash, the business would not be able to operate. Without operations… there would be no business.

Such is the tragedy in modern life, which is why it’s important that business owners should avoid the mishaps in the story, build their business accounts separately from personal credit histories, and make sure that their business’ credit history is impressive enough to grant them good deals with lenders.
